Learner's set their own learning goals given a framework of skills necessary for inclusion competence

Learners structure their own schedules and choice of access to supporting materials within program completion framework

Learners find outside resources to share and contribute to the body of knowledge and success of their cohort

Learners decide how and where they will connect to engage in collaborative learning and group projects

Learners lead themselves in independent learning goals

Learners will be required to display competency in each of the D&I competency areas
Why this work matters
Practicing inclusion is the act of ensuring that all people are invited – and able – to participate in something (i.e. an event, a meeting, a team, a system, etc.)
