Learning Philosophy
As the owner of a training and development consulting firm, Learning Path, my passion is to help organizations organically grow independent learning and collaborative learning cultures. I believe the speed of change and globalization makes the speed in which organization learn the only competitive advantage.”
I am a Facilitator first. I believe people really do know or have the capacity to find out the answers to most of their questions. I love the opportunities I've had to work with a broad range of companies with diverse cultures and people. The common denominator is people. The work I do helps organizations create motivating learning cultures through flexible learning options and self-directed programs. I have extensive experience aligning learning strategies with business goals and performance goals.
